Founder, architect Nilesh Lad has spent years perfecting the art of creating inspiring designs of the highest quality and most exquisite spaces. His vision focuses on displaying the beauty while empowering superior ambiences. His strength remains dedication towards quality, attention to details and sensitivity to client's budget and time His deep appreciation of art appears throughout his designs. He has a meticulous eye for intricate details and has an obsession for creating wonderful ambiences/ impressions.

During the educational career he was fortunate to be associated with eminent architects of India. So his work experience accordingly has grown to handle various kinds of architectural & interior projects. He had taken architectural training at "Iqbal Chaney & Associates at Pune, which enabled him to understand how important detailing in Architecture is. After passing in 1995 he joined Architect Hafeez Contractor and associated as Junior Architect And consumed most of his efforts till March 97. During this period he has been handling significant projects like

1. Mukand Ltd.: An office complex in Kurla Bombay.
2. Primavera: A Bungalow Scheme in Goa-Palmas the Bambolim.
3. Bambolim in Goa.
4. Slum Redevelopment scheme at Tardeo for Mr. Dilip Thacker.

Adding in his experience he worked with the eminent Architect of India Ar Sanjay Puri during MAY 2000 TO JAN 2004. Further increasing his exposure and passion he handled Multiplex & Apartment schemes including few Interior Projects as mentioned.

1. Commercial and residential scheme at Thane for M/s. Sanjana Developers.
2. Multiplex at Lucknow for A.B. Movies.
3. Evershine Greens: An apartment scheme at Andheri.
4. Interior for Hindustan Construction Co. at Vikhroli.
5. A Mass Housing Scheme at Vasai for Evershine Group.
6. A Residential Scheme at Sion for Kalptaru Constructions Mumbai esidential Scheme at Betim in Goa for Tata Housing & Development.
7. Landmark commercial complex at Andheri kurla link road.
